About the Role The Kalispell Auto Group is looking for a Service Greeter and Valet to enhance the guest experience in the service drive. This role focuses on greeting guests, directing them to the appropriate service areas, and parking/valeting vehicles while supporting the service team. What You'll Do
- Provide excellent guest experiences
- Greet and guide guests to the appropriate service areas
- Assist in keeping the service lane clear and tidy
- Valet guest vehicles into the appropriate area for service and pickup
- Assist service writers, service manager and technicians in guest follow-up or communications as needed What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work, preferred
- Ability to drive both automatic & manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to work independently while being an integral member of the service team
