About the Role The Service Engineer, Digital Technologies will deliver, promote and provide high-quality technical service for Leica Biosystems Imaging Solutions within the UKI region with remote capabilities, focusing on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and network configuration to support customer satisfaction and business KPIs. What You'll Do
- Visit customers for preventative maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and upgrades to ensure timely, professional service and achievement of team goals and KPIs.
- On-site installation of Imaging Solutions, including configuration of network requirements.
- Deliver accurate reporting, including Salesforce reports, expenses, stock management and other relevant service documentation/process transactions.
