About the Role Entry-level Service Engineering professional responsible for developing product knowledge, maintaining effective communication with field team members, performing basic diagnostic procedures and conducting analysis to help resolve design/system related issues. Will cover US and Canada. What You'll Do
- Manages and maintains effective communication with field team members to understand individual support requirements.
- Develops knowledge of products.
- Performs basic diagnostic procedures and partners with repair technicians to resolve problems.
- Analyzes information to help resolve design/system related problems.
- May repair, install or design equipment, tools and products. What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry in a technical support role
- 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
