About the Role Zurich North America is hiring multiple Service Contract Associates to join the Vehicle Service Contract team for virtual positions. Work a shift between 7am–8pm Central Standard Time, with direct supervision to handle low exposure, low complexity mechanical breakdown claims. What You'll Do
- Field incoming calls from dealerships, service shops, and inspectors regarding low exposure, low complexity, mechanical breakdown claims.
- Determine applicable contractual coverage and most appropriate replacement/repair solution; review contract language to apply coverage.
- Work toward timely resolution by negotiating costs and labor hours associated.
- Provide technical support to external sales staff and communicate with service shops, dealership personnel, and claimants to gather information and resolve claims.
