About the Role Stanbic Bank Uganda is looking to create a pool of individuals for entry-level roles including Service Consultants-Branches/Channels, to handle walk-in customers and service-related requests across multiple locations in Uganda. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service for cash transactions, digital migration, and other banking services, across branches and channels to ensure a smooth customer experience. What You'll Do
- Take walk-in customer requests for cash transactions, digital migration, and other service-related matters across branches and channels.
- Provide friendly, efficient service and assist customers in completing transactions and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure consistent service standards and smooth customer experiences.
- Support promotion and adoption of digital banking services where applicable.
