About this role
About the Role The Service Architect is responsible for the design and development of the Service Design across Motorola's product portfolio, facilitating the effective implementation and ongoing operations and maintenance of complex technical solutions. The role leads design activities, collaborating with Product, Supply Chain, IT, Offer Management and 3rd Party Suppliers to ensure optimal service delivery. What You'll Do
- Serve as the Service Design authority across end-to-end solutions, including 3rd party operational engagement models and SLA reporting
- Advise teams and 3rd parties on service standards, methodologies and processes
- Drive service design governance across complex solutions
- Develop and maintain end-to-end processes, policies and operational interfaces
- Own engagement with Managed Services OSS functions, ensuring standardized configurations and frameworks
