About the Role Casey Auto Group is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. You’ll be the trusted link between customers and our expert technicians, representing the service department and helping customers feel confident and cared for. What You'll Do
- Oversee service orders and coordinate technician workflow
- Assist customers with service questions, estimates, and updates
- Manage technicians and support staff to ensure timely, accurate service delivery
- Be the face of the service department, delivering exceptional customer experiences What We're Looking For
- Previous service-advisor or customer-service experience
- Ability to manage others
- Strong communication and time-management
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be 18+
