About the Role As a Server at Hook & Reel, you are a part of the warm and welcoming environment for the guests. You will be instrumental in helping to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. This position is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people and thrives in a lively, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Greet all guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
- Answer guest questions regarding the menu and Hook & Reel brand.
- Provide accurate information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
- Listen attentively to guests to ensure correct orders.
- Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
- Clean and organize the front-of-house server station.
- Observe and monitor table turnover by taking note of occupied, dirty or clean tables.
