About the Role Chili's Servers provide hospitable and customized service to Guests, delivering the Chili's experience in a fast-paced casual dining environment. They take pride in great service and making Guests feel special. This role supports smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For

- Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
