About the Role Our Servers deliver hospitality and service that reflects Chili's brand. The role focuses on providing hospitable and customized service to Guests, learning the menu to explain offerings, and working with the team to ensure Guest satisfaction. Availability on weekends, weekdays, and holidays is required to support a fast-paced, high-volume environment. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
