About the Role Our Servers don’t just provide our Guests with amazing food and drinks; they deliver hospitality and service absolutely Chili's. If you take pride in providing great service and love making people feel special, we want to hear from you. This role includes learning the menu, performing opening and closing duties, and working with the team to ensure guest satisfaction, with availability on weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
