About the Role The Server delivers hospitality and service that makes guests feel special at Chili's. You’ll learn the menu to explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with team members to ensure Guest satisfaction. Availability on weekends, weekdays, and holidays is required.

- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
