- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems architecture and software engineering, with a strong track record of leading large-scale, mission-critical integrations in complex, global organizations
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Workday, including architecting and delivering enterprise-grade integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and SOAP/REST web services; advanced familiarity with Workday HCM modules, security domains, business processes, calculated fields, and Workday data models
- Demonstrated leadership in defining and owning Workday integration strategy across the enterprise, including governance frameworks, integration standards, and platform roadmaps that align with organizational objectives
