About the Role
As a Senior Technical Operator for automated lines, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of highly automated assembly, Labeling & Packing production systems within a GMP-regulated environment. You act as the technical expert on the line, supporting both operational excellence and team capability. What You'll Do
- Operate, monitor, and optimize automated production equipment
- Perform set-ups and change-overs
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis (e.g., RCA, 5WHY)
- Identify and escalate deviations where required in collaboration with quality and maintenance and support triage activities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and first point of contact for technical escalations
- Analyze and interpret process data using SAP/MES systems
