Job Summary
- As a Senior Recruiter – Africa, you will partner with business leaders and hiring managers across the African region to attract, assess and hire exceptional talent. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries and functions while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
- The position can be based out of Lagos, Nigeria or Nairobi, Kenya.
- You will serve as a trusted talent advisor, leveraging market intelligence, innovative sourcing strategies and data-driven insights to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines that support BIC's business growth.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple African markets for a wide range of corporate, commercial, supply chain and manufacturing roles.
