- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de atracción de talento, asegurando procesos ágiles, efectivos y alineados a la cultura de Humand.
- Gestionar el ciclo completo de reclutamiento.
- Analizar métricas de hiring y proponer mejoras basadas en datos.
- Ser socio/a estratégico/a de líderes en temas relativos a HR.
