About the Role Senior Support Consultant, Follow Up Boss is a remote role that supports real estate teams using the Follow Up Boss CRM and Zillow-integrated workflows. You will be a product expert and customer advocate, helping customers adopt features, troubleshoot Zillow integrations, and scale knowledge across the team as part of Zillow's partnership with Follow Up Boss. What You'll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers to offer support.
- Respond to support tickets using Zendesk to assist customers and trial users.
- Educate customers on newly released features, functionality, and best practices within Follow Up Boss.
- Guide customers through Zillow integration setup and adoption, including determining the right fit for their workflow and business needs.
