About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer focused on JDM/EMS/ODM/component supplier management to lead supplier quality improvements across global Zebra operations. You will drive quality systems audits, NPI readiness, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure manufacturing excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead Quality System audits and Lean Six Sigma audits and drive continuous improvement across supplier base.
- NPI qualification: drive cross-functional activities in the supply chain for new product quality and manufacturing readiness, by means of PPAP, CTQ, lean, and process sign-off procedures.
- Manage JDM/EMS/ODM/component suppliers, covering end-to-end manufacturing quality management and tier-2 component quality management.
- Maintain supplier quality scorecards and drive supplier continuous improvement with a systematic approach.
