About the Role Bring your subcontracting expertise to a collaborative research environment where you’ll negotiate complex agreements, support staff, and advise leadership on university subcontracting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements that pertain to federal research programs.
What You'll Do
- Manage subcontract administration for sponsored programs in support of the Materials Sector.
- Review requests for proposals, draft subcontract documents, and cost analyses; conduct independent subcontract negotiations, monitor performance, and oversee complex invoice approval and closeout processes.
- Assist the Subcontracts Team Lead with overall management of the subcontract administration function and support staff.
