Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, DP Loyalty & Benefits
As a member of the Taiwan Delivery Partner Operations team, you will lead some of Uber Eats Taiwan's most strategic Delivery Partner (DP) loyalty, benefits, and earnings programs. This role is responsible for developing and scaling initiatives that strengthen the DP value proposition, improve partner engagement and retention, and unlock new earning opportunities.
You will work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Legal, Policy, Finance, Tax, Ads, and external partners to bring new programs from strategy through execution while continuously optimizing the partner experience.
