About the Role The Senior Specialist, Trade Compliance at L3Harris supports the company’s defense technology trade-compliance program. The role focuses on helping ensure compliance with export controls, sanctions, and other trade regulations, aligning cross-functional teams to manage classification, licensing and regulatory changes that impact national security missions. What You'll Do
- Support and help implement trade-compliance processes in line with global regulations.
- Assist with classification, licensing strategies and license applications as needed.
- Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impact to business units.
- Collaborate with legal, programs, supply chain and other stakeholders to maintain compliance.
