About the Role
Goodyear Iberia is expanding its HR team and is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist Iberia to join on a part-time basis (20 hours/week). You will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery for Spain and Portugal, acting as the key link between Goodyear and external payroll providers, and supporting employees and business stakeholders with payroll guidance. You will report to the Payroll Manager Europe South, based in France, and drive payroll excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across Iberia. What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Spain and Portugal, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations and payroll policies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Goodyear Iberia and external payroll providers, ensuring timely data exchange and issue resolution.
