This role blends consulting, technical expertise, and relationship-building to drive successful digital operations. What You'll Do
- Actively identify potential roadblocks and provide thoughtful, technical solutions
- Run technical discovery processes to understand customer environments and potential technical landmines
- Design integrations to provide seamless implementation with the customer's current technology stack
- Support sales cycles by handling technical questions in RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires
