About the Role The Senior Scientist - MSAT acts as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries from Cytiva’s biopharmaceutical customers, providing high-quality scientific support and guidance on the use of Cytiva filtration and separation technologies in customer processes. This role is part of the MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) team and is remote to cover the eastern USA and Canada. What You'll Do
- Serve as the technical expert and primary contact for customer inquiries related to Cytiva filtration and bioprocessing technologies.
- Educate customers on the use of Cytiva bioprocessing technologies and guide process optimization, troubleshooting and scale-up.
- Perform and report on scientific application studies from bench-scale to manufacturing-scale.
