About the Role
ABSI Aerospace & Defense is seeking a Senior Requirements Analyst for the Maritime Division in Virginia Beach to provide JCIDS expertise and requirements generation support. The role focuses on coordinating, integrating, and prioritizing capability development to rapidly deliver joint operational projects through integrated project delivery. The Senior Requirements Analyst will work closely with government leads to deliver requirements-driven artifacts in alignment with DoD 5000 policies.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the government lead to ensure all deliverables are identified, developed and delivered on schedule
- Proactively engage with customers and stakeholders to analyze and refine information needed to develop program and system requirements
- Collect and analyze requirements data to synthesize and recommend solutions
