About the Role We’re seeking a curious, adaptive and data-focused Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join Monzo’s regulatory reporting team in London. The team is responsible for understanding prudential regulatory reporting requirements and collaborating with teams across Monzo. You’ll own the preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory reporting (e.g., Capital, Liquidity), ensure compliance with regulatory interpretations, and assist with capital and liquidity disclosures including Pillar 3. You’ll also help design controls, maintain data quality, and leverage data visualization and automation to scale with the business. What You'll Do
- Taking ownership of the preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. Capital, Liquidity)
- Ensuring compliance with the applicable regulatory interpretations
