Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead the team handling FINMA supervisory processes and projects, analyze regulatory developments, and represent Swiss Re's interests with regulatory expert groups and industry associations. This role focuses on managing key supervisory processes and collaborating with internal stakeholders, including senior management. What You'll Do
- Manage the relationship with FINMA together with the team and assume responsibility for supervisory requests, filings and regulatory reports.
- Lead or contribute to ad-hoc interdisciplinary teams related to projects, transactions and situations with a supervisory dimension.
- Lead the preparation of regulatory interactions such as the FINMA Supervisory College meetings, FINMA on-site inspections, regular senior level meetings, and ad-hoc exchanges.
