About the Role The Senior Regional Manager will develop and execute the regional business plan, supervise and coach medical representatives to analyze and formulate detailed execution plans, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to implement brand strategy in the region. You will ensure high-quality product messaging, academic promotion, and relevant feedback, plan and conduct collaborative visits with representatives, and participate in recruitment and training. You will regularly assess performance and help build a strong talent pipeline while promoting a culture of compliance.
