About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate roles in Bulgaria and across Europe, partnering with senior stakeholders and shaping hiring strategies across multiple functions. Based in Sofia with a hybrid model, you’ll join Flix's Global Business Talent Acquisition team and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience while strengthening our employer brand.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate roles in Bulgaria and across Europe, covering multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, shaping sourcing strategies and assessment approaches.
- Proactively source and engage diverse talent pools using creative, data-driven methods across multiple channels.
