About you and this role
The Invoice to Cash, São Paulo Collections Senior Receivable Specialist is responsible for the Collection work processes of Dow customers. This role acts as the first level support for Receivable Specialist, leads continuous work process improvements, works on corporate initiatives and implementations, delivers training, ensures compliance with internal and external controls, coordinates internal and external audit efforts, among other responsibilities. As a Senior Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for Works closely with other sub-functions in the Invoice to Cash organization to deliver exceptional service to customers and maintain profitability for Dow.
