What You'll Do
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, easements, declarations, and other development-related documents.
- Draft and negotiate loan documents for financing transactions (representing both borrowers and lenders).
- Prepare and negotiate leases across all sectors (landlords and tenants).
- Close acquisition, sale, and financing transactions.
