About the Role Join OPmobility as a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality across customer interfaces and manufacturing, ensuring containment and root-cause resolution, and leading continuous improvement in automotive production. You will partner with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and monitor quality KPIs to safeguard safe, smart, and sustainable mobility. What You'll Do
- Act as the primary customer contact for all quality-related topics
- Drive structured problem solving using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and QRCM
- Ensure effective containment, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
- Define and release rework instructions and manage quality alerts when required
- Lead and support customer complaint analysis
- Support new product launches (APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, Run@Rate)
