About the Role Join BorgWarner’s Industrial Solutions team to lead the Quality Management System implementation for a startup production line focused on power generation systems for data centers and microgrid applications. This role ensures a flawless launch through robust quality processes, ISO 9001 and UL compliance, and a first-time-right mindset. You will act as Voice of Quality and collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Champion and ensure safe working practices embedded in all processes.
- Serve as the Voice of Quality (VOQ) and primary Quality representative.
- Own and manage the DFMEA/PFMEA/Control Plan relationship as it pertains to Quality Engineering.
- Lead investigations and resolve complex quality issues through cross-functional collaboration.
