- QA Ownership: Drive and own QA processes in the team, including code reviews, automations of workflows, and adopting new testing best practices.
- Automated Tests: Set up and maintain automated tests and their frameworks, supporting new features with test automation.
- Manual Testing: Perform manual testing focusing on back-end systems.
- Documentation and Collaboration: Create and maintain necessary documentation; work with Product Manager and Tech Lead to refine requirements; assist in analytics and collaborate effectively with external teams.
