About the Role The Senior Project Manager - Digital / IT leads the successful delivery of large strategic IT initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Head of IT Governance & Delivery, this on-site role coordinates cross-functional teams and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to enterprise delivery standards and governance. The position is based onsite in Coralville, IA or Fargo, ND. What You'll Do
- Plan and manage IT projects across multiple domains (application, infrastructure, platform, and digital initiatives)
- Develop and maintain project plans: scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and resource needs, ensuring compliance with defined delivery methodologies, standards, and governance processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and issue resolution
