About the Role Abcam, hosting the Danaher Affinity Reagent Autonomous Laboratory in Cambridge, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to help deliver an AI-driven antibody discovery platform. You will coordinate timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration to move materials, methods, and data through the pipeline with speed and quality. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain integrated project plans (milestones, dependencies, risks) and drive predictable delivery across workstreams (automation & data, molecule design, production).
- Coordinate cross-functional execution by aligning priorities, tracking progress, unblocking issues, and ensuring clear handoffs between teams so materials, methods, and data move smoothly through the pipeline.
