About this role
Senior Project Manager Automation
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Leitung und Koordination von Automatisierungsprojekten mit Fokus auf GMP-konforme Produktionsprozesse (z. B. Batch Control, MES, SCADA, DCS, SPS)
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungsstrategien zur Effizienzsteigerung und Qualitätssicherung
- Technische Verantwortung für die Auswahl, Integration und Validierung von Automatisierungssystemen
- Unterstützung bei Audits und Inspektionen durch Behörden (z. B. FDA, EMA) im Bereich Automatisierung
- Mentoring und fachliche Führung von (Junior) Automation Engineers und Projektteams
- Schnittstellenmanagement mit internen Stakeholdern (Produktion, Qualität, IT, Engineering) sowie externen Partnern und Lieferanten
- Erstellung und Pflege von GMP-relevanter Dokumentation (z. B. URS, FDS, IQ/OQ, Change Control)
