About the Role The Senior Project Manager at Droga5, part of Accenture Song, leads client work, manages project progression, and owns communications and project controls. They create and maintain project plans detailing deliverables, tasks, dependencies, staff resourcing, and agency process, and assess risks with contingency plans. What You'll Do
- Lead a large piece of business in partnership with the Account leads
- Conduct resource utilization reporting and ongoing management of scope and budget
- Manage career development of Project Managers and Junior Project Managers and maintain a holistic view of their piece of business while managing day-to-day
- Manage and mentor Project Managers and Junior Project Managers to ensure their successful growth within the department
- Collaborate with account and production leads to plan out and implement efficient ways of working
