About the Role Senior Product Partnerships Manager on Mercury's Expansion team will own a portfolio of strategic payroll vendor partnerships end-to-end — from evaluating and onboarding vendors through RFP and contract negotiation, to ongoing performance management, incident response, and new product launches. You will collaborate with product, legal, finance, and engineering to build trust with partners and bring their insights back into Mercury's product roadmap as we scale. What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of expansion partnerships end-to-end, with a focus on Mercury’s payroll vendor ecosystem
- Lead vendor selection processes, including evaluating RFPs and recommending best-fit partners
- Structure and lead negotiations, evaluate economics, understand levers, and know when to push versus compromise
