About this role
About the Role Senior Product Designer to create consumer-facing experiences on web and mobile that serve as the front door to Compass's real estate platform — the point at which home buyers and sellers first encounter our brands, begin their search, and get connected with the professionals who will guide them. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to design experiences that work across a portfolio of real estate brands, helping consumers find what they need and take their next step with confidence. What You'll Do
- Lead and support discovery work to understand consumer behaviors, mental models, and pain points across the home search and agent-connection journey.
