About the Role Compass is seeking a Senior Product Designer to create consumer-facing experiences on web and mobile that serve as the front door to the real estate platform, guiding home buyers and sellers from search to agent connection. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to design experiences across multiple real estate brands, ensuring a cohesive, human, and brand-consistent experience. What You'll Do
- Discovery & Research: Lead and support discovery work to understand consumer behaviors, mental models, and pain points across the home search and agent-connection journey.
- Design and facilitate usability studies, contextual interviews, and concept tests.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals into actionable product opportunities.
