Position Overview The Senior Product Compliance Engineer leads product compliance, certification, and environmental regulatory initiatives across Columbus McKinnon’s product portfolio. This role serves as a subject matter expert and works closely with product development, legal, procurement, supply chain, product management, quality, and marketing teams to ensure products meet applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements in global markets. The Senior Product Compliance Engineer drives compliance strategies throughout the product lifecycle, provides guidance on regulatory requirements, leads certification and testing activities, and supports risk assessment and mitigation efforts.
