About the Role Join Journi as a Senior Product Analyst within the Experience Design & Customer Insights team. You’ll own the product analytics foundation (Amplitude), set data standards, and drive the analytical depth that informs product decisions across a fast-growing consumer app. You’ll partner with UX researchers, product designers, PMs, and the ML & Data team to connect product analytics to broader data infrastructure. What You'll Do
- Turn behavioral data into product decisions by analyzing funnels, retention, and engagement to inform OKRs and roadmaps.
- Own our A/B test stats setup and rigor standards.
- Make data accessible for product squads by building Amplitude spaces, dashboard templates, and documentation teams can use independently; coach squads toward data fluency.
