About the Role We are seeking a Senior Producer to join Naughty Dog’s Communications team and oversee project management and production for our franchise and studio brand. This role ensures a smooth pipeline of projects and builds strong relationships with PlayStation and external partners to push initiatives to completion.
What You'll Do
- Create and implement practices and processes for the Communications team, seek improvements and efficiencies in how we work and the software we use
- Build and maintain roadmaps for all projects, accounting for internal resources and review rounds
- Track all deliverables across multiple pipelines (physical and digital products, content timelines, events) and ensure quality meets Naughty Dog standards
- Ensure asset providers understand expectations and delivery dates
