Senior Procurement Service Advisor
Responsibilities
- Process and manage RFQs and electronic RFXs
- Manage suppliers and obtain supplier quotations
- Validate purchase order documents and follow up on RFQs
- Maintain effective communication and documentation for RFQs and POs
- Maintain comprehensive soft and hard-copy filing systems
- Support logistics management and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Prepare and disseminate account reports
- Ensure accurate cost computation and transaction documentation
Requirements
- BSc/HND
- At least 5 years’ cognate experience
- Strong knowledge of upstream Oil & Gas supply chain processes
- Experience handling RFQs, RFXs and POs for major IOCs
- Strong sourcing, negotiation and analytical skills
- International sourcing and supplier management experience
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas materials and technical specifications
