About the Role Volkswagen Group Services is hiring a Senior Process Management Consultant in Valencia to support process management projects across the Volkswagen Group. The role focuses on designing and optimizing business processes and leading sub-projects within client engagements. What You'll Do
- Assume specialist (sub-)project management responsibility in process management projects for new and existing processes
- Advise specialist departments and management; analyze complex issues to design and optimize processes
- Facilitate process-optimization workshops and present results to customers and committees/boards
- Model processes using ARIS or Signavio; contribute to holistic strategy development for in-house consulting
