About the Role As a member of the Molding team, the Process Engineer will be responsible for the design and manufacturing phases of new program development, quality continuous improvement and collaboration, and performing data analysis. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop Process Technicians
- Develop standards and best practices for part design, tool design, and production
- Communicate with vendors, global project teams, and customers to solve problems encountered during development and manufacturing
- Hour by Hour Task Breakdown: 70% Working with production team and improving internal process efficiency/scrap; 20% Meetings/Product development communication; 10% Communicating with direct reports What We're Looking For
- 5 years’ experience in Injection molding
- Degree in related mechanical engineering or plastics technology
- Desire to work in hands on environment
