Senior PI Underwriter
Your Role: Portfolio Management: Build and manage a profitable Professional Indemnity portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall growth strategy. Working closely with our co-CEO's to deliver a sustainable, and profitable portfolio over time. Risk Analysis: Develop and refine underwriting frameworks, risk appetites, and pricing models tailored to Professional Indemnity risks. Having some understanding of actuarial techniques will be considered advantageous, but not essential. Broker Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with brokers across Ireland and beyond, securing high-quality business. You will be expected to have a significant following of support from brokers in the Irish market, and be able to evidence this and be able to work autonomously, reporting directly to the UK CEO.
