About the Role The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead the addition of new manufacturing lines and equipment and drive continuous improvement for existing processes. This role requires coordinating with equipment suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to validate and optimize manufacturing equipment and processes for Omnipod.
What You'll Do
- Drive product and process improvements aligned with quality, efficiency, and cost objectives.
- Deliver project milestones for installation or upgrade of manufacturing equipment; manage validation/qualification protocols and reports (IQ/OQ/TMV/CSV/PQ).
- Monitor yield and equipment uptime; own actions to keep KPIs at or above target.
- Perform root cause investigations using structured problem-solving tools and implement corrective/preventive actions.
