What we do: The Trade Desk (TTD) is seeking a Senior Manager, Stock Administration, to join our team. This position will report to the Director, Stock Administration. This role will lead the global administration of TTD’s equity programs, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, scalable processes, and exceptional employee experience across multiple jurisdictions.
What you'll do
- Lead the team in managing the administration of TTD’s equity programs for global employees, including restricted stock units (RSUs), stock options and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing stock administration team
- Oversee all aspects of the ESPP lifecycle, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and automate workflows
